Ladson Montgomery co-founded Phoenix Realty Group in 1993 with Jim Sebesta and served as president until 2003. Montgomery launched PRG Developments in 2004 to capitalize on the company’s development expertise. As president and CEO, he is responsible for project direction—from underwriting to completion—for the firm’s development projects. Along with commercial real estate development, he specializes in industrial brokerage services in local and national markets.

Before launching Phoenix Realty Group, Montgomery was an agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, specializing in industrial real estate. He also previously served as development manager at Unit Capital (later known as GATX Logistics) where he oversaw development of 2.5 million square feet in five states and assisted in asset disposal in excess of $200 million.

 

 

Forrest Gibson specializes in commercial office leasing, sales and consulting services. He helps clients execute profitable growth, downsizing, acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate. Gibson’s land acquisitions knowledge and foresight has helped investors drive high returns on key purchases in the region. His strategies center on clients’ long-term real estate objectives while maximizing flexibility and focusing on creating user value. In 2004, he co-founded PRG Developments with Montgomery and continues to focus on premier land and commercial real estate acquisitions.

In addition to his B.B.A from the University of Mississippi, Gibson holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation that recognizes expertise in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. The CCIM designation is held by less than one percent of commercial real estate professionals worldwide.
